It was a long process mainly done over the phone as the head office is located in Australia. Then you get sent a massive document with about 12 hours of unpaid training to do. Which is required before you even start. Interviews were very friendly and bubbly though. Beware however. It is a trap to lure you in.

Pretty easy! 3 questions to answer on application and then a video interview to follow. Sometimes they hold group interviews too and use scenarios to get a good insight on how your brain ticks.
