Phone interview consists of questions regarding your experience in different settings or industries. In person interviews at the store consist of situational questions.

Very easy got hired on the spot. Very friendly interviewer and everyone was happy to help. Only complaint was that I had called in early letting them know I was coming and I still had to wait for a manager to show up, was waiting for like 30 minutes.
