Process was a few situational questions... All followed the same format... Tell us about an example of when such and such happened, what did you do, what was the final result. Two days later I was was offered a position as a CSA PRO IV, I have to say the offered Pay $14.50 was a JOKE! I have +18 Years of Retail Sales Experience. I also have been a Contractor for over 15 years. To top it off, I have owned my own businesses for almost 20 years!!! I have to say that Lowes does not want qualified individuals working at their establishments. I believe they prefer low paying jobs to boost their blood sucking investors!!! I have personally spent over $80,000 at Lowes for my contracting business. Although I get the 10% for my military discount I may consider other organizations for future purchases. To say the least... I was insulted by the offer!!!
