As it was a scheduled interview at 12 pm, but as I reach there they asked for written test and I have given my written test by 1 pm they gave result at 4:30 till then I was fully tired.
When they asked me to"leave for the day" as this is many companies favourite sentence, I was shocked coz my test went really good, then I asked for my written papers and what I saw there was shocking they didn't checked two of my programs and my last 5-6 questions was absolutely right but without checking they just put cross mark when I interfered HR told me that as u know its already late and office time was about to end so she assured me that she would get it check again by senior technical team and would revert by Tuesday but as I knew no call or mail I received till date wasting full day and resources I got nothing and it was really a shocking as on that day I came across this that many companies just dont care and check there written papers blindly sorry to say company was good but the service they provide during the recruitment process was worst as I already said it was a scheduled interview then also they took written test and then all I said.
If any of Lowe's employees see this review please dont waste our precious time and resources.
