I applied online on a Friday and by Monday got a phone call for an interview. Two days after the interview I got an email saying they went with another candidate. A day after getting that email I had gotten a phone call from the HR about a morning stock position. I did not accept it because of the current job I have that I planned to keep. Three days after that the HR called me again to offer me a seasonal part time cashier position. I decided to accept the offer. The interview with the HR went well and i knew that walking out of the interview with her. The interview with the assistant store manager was extremely awkward. He did not have a conversation with me. It was he asked the question, I would answer, then he would go straight to the next question. Coming out of that interview I did not have confidence it went well. The questions in the interview were your typical scenario type questions. For ex: Tell me of a time you had to work with a co-worker and what was the out come? Tell me of a time you made a mistake and what was the out come? Tell me of a time you had an upset customer and how did you try to solve the problem? Why do you want to work for this company?

Easy. Online application then in person interview. It is not a difficult interview. They just ask basic questions and they are not hard to answer. It is not a hard job to get.
