The interview process is rather straight forward. You must apply online and you wait for a call back. I was called within a week. You interview with three people within that store. First a department manager, then an assistant store manager or whomever is the supervisor over your entire department and finally the store manager. If you make it to the third you pretty much have the job.

The interview was a brief 15-minute discussion of the hours you are available and scenario questions to see if you are a natural problem solver. It was low-stress and I had the chance to ask many of my own questions.
