Very straight forward process. The HR and store managers use a premade list of questions for every position. Nothing groundbreaking.

The hiring process was very simple. Had applied online and a week later they called me in for an interview. Manager pretty much went over job responsibilities and asked about my availability. My schedule pretty much worked around theirs and then they proceeded with the interview questions. The questions were pretty much about customer service and how you handled a situation. After the interview they said they'd contact me in a day or two to see if i was offered the position. Next day they called and told me i was hired!
