Did a walk in interview original for outdoor lawn and garden sales rep. I was offered the telephone operator position and took it. It was a quick interview and I was hired on the spot. The room was full of people waiting to be interviewed and there was no privacy during any point of the interview process

The entire process took about a month. I filled out the application, got an interview 2 weeks later. After the interview got an offer about 2 weeks later. The entire interview was very relaxed.
