Applied from within. Waited two weeks to be interviewed. Got a phone call to come in to be interviewed. Questions were relevant but a bit vague. Thought the overall presentation was good and store manager and human resources manager were polite and allowed me an opportunity to answer without the feeling as if i were being rushed.
