Met a recruiter through a coding boot camp, had an initial screening interview going over standard HR details and some behavioral questions. Had two more interviews that were around 45 minutes each with senior level technical staff one one behavioral, one technical and then was given an offer around 2 weeks later. Everyone I met was super nice.

First had a recruiter call and then was scheduled for interview within a day. This was for their Launchpad program. Had two interviewers during our Teams video call. They asked a few technical questions then behavioral. No coding.
