First: Resume Shortlisting - 70 were selected out of all those who applied
Second: Online test - 12 were selected through this round
Third: Technical interview - all were cleared for the HR interview
Fourth: HR interview - 5 people cleared and got the offer

The interview was very easy. The interviewer first described himself and the company. He was a Senior Marketing Head at Lowe's. The interview lasted for 40 mins. There were 2 rounds.
