Interview consisted of three interviewers. Human resources, Store Manager and Operations Manager. The job was for part time and was told I was overqualified but it was a foot in the door. Intervew process took less than an hour and questions had nothing to do with the job description. I was offered the job after the interview and accepted.

The hiring process was very simple. Had applied online and a week later they called me in for an interview. Manager pretty much went over job responsibilities and asked about my availability. My schedule pretty much worked around theirs and then they proceeded with the interview questions. The questions were pretty much about customer service and how you handled a situation. After the interview they said they'd contact me in a day or two to see if i was offered the position. Next day they called and told me i was hired!
