The interview process was very simple. It's very fast. For me, I was contacted by someone from HR and they had a phone interview with me. We hit it off. She seemed to really like my personality and then I was offered the job. On the interview, we had talked about my resume and the things I've done. Like my experience, and such. Overall, they want you to have an idea about the role. They don't expect you to be perfect. But be full of energy and eager to learn. Be extroverted, but kind.

It starts with an online application, sometimes followed by a short 15–20 minute phone or video screen where a recruiter checks your availability, experience and communication skills. After that, you’ll have an in-person interview with the hiring manager covering customer service, teamwork and basic job capabilities, with questions like how you’d handle a price dispute or a short register drawer.

They asked me personal questions like hobbies I do and stuff outside of work. Asked about prior experience. The usual stuff. No questions like what would you do in this situation.
