Convoluted, all interviews start with HR, then maybe, maybe not get a real meeting. The interviewer was clueless and appeared scared to interview me. The fact that it was a director doing the interview caused me to do a lot more research on the company and culture, and what I uncovered was not good. Reach out to former employees prior to taking this interview before you waste your time
