First, I connected on LinkedIn and shortly after spoke on the phone with Lower.com's recruiter Rachel Schoenian, then scheduled a first round interview. From there, I came in and had an hour interview/conversation with RJ, one of the managers at Lower.com. After that went well I came back in and had a similar conversation with Chad, another manager at Lower.com. After than roughly hour long conversation, I did a panel interview where I answered questions from 5 of the upper level management at Lower.com. I also spent some time shadowing and was offered that day. It was a simple and enjoyable process. In my experience, anyone interviewing me wanted me to do well in the interview, and encouraged more of a conversation with me than simply hammering me with questions.
