I received a call from the recruiter wanting to set up an initial phone interview. She then scheduled a face to face interview with the Divisional Controller. The recruiter did an excellent job and couldn't have been any nicer. The Divisional Controller was genuinely welcoming and exceptionally nice. The moment I sat down, my nerves were at ease, and throughout the interview I felt as though I already belonged there.
