Interview process was extremely smooth start to finish. Started with a call from HR to understand if I was a good fit for the role before putting it to the hiring manager. Second round with the hiring manager was an hour interview. Questions required me to be prepared for the role I was interviewing for. Last round was with the Directors, which is an extension of the second interview and included scenario questions. I truly commend the talent aquisition HR in the company. He is extremely efficient and responsive, you get a response within a day. No ghosting like many other interviews I had previously. The entire interview process is very structured and well prepared for. All the interviewers were professional and friendly, not making it unnecessarily difficult for the candidate. Questions are not difficult if candidate is well prepared about the role.
