It was pretty easy, I just had a Skype interview cause I went to school far from Ohio. Basic questions about coursework, leadership experience, why interested in the job, etc. They were very friendly and helpful

Why do you want the job, what experience do you have, what relevant courses have you taken, tell us about your past internships, tell us about a difficult situation at work you faced and how you dealt with it, etc.
