The communication during the recruitment process was not satisfactory. Despite follow-up inquiries over an extended period, I did not receive any response, including after directly contacting the HR leadership. This created the impression that applicants are not sufficiently valued throughout the process. Overall, this reflects negatively on the internal structures and the organization of the recruitment process.
