Interviewed during the off hours of the brewery. Owner/interviewer greeted me at the door. Once inside, interview started out just fine with previous experience inquired about and conversation was natural to discuss, BUT was asked inappropriate questions that are EEOC violations to ask an interviewer. I am not sure that the owners/interviewer understood any current laws or even basic understanding of HR
