A software engineer lead reached out to me for a technical interview and I did well on it and he said I was going to have another one because I'm not local. I scheduled with the Hr and Hr realized I had a technical interview already and she thought it might be redundant to have another one so she talked with hiring manager and said my next step was onsite interview and wanted to talk with me?about some details about onsite. We scheduled the time and she never called me back. And I emailed her twice and still no response and over a week has passed.
I had great passion that I want to work for such a motors startup, but I feel the hiring people them don't care about candidates. Overall, it's not professional, feel like they don't care how candidates think about them. Even if you want to cancel the interview process, you should at least let the candidate know, just a simple email will make the whole difference.

Got 6 rounds, not an easy interview, questions were very detailed. This interview has some questions not truly make sense. During some interview rounds, I did not get a chance to ask the interviewer questions.
