It took about a month after submission of resume to be contacted. Spoke with hiring manager a week later and then was asked to do a technical assessment. Crickets for a whole month with no response from recruiter. There is very little follow up on their end so you have to be proactive in reaching out.

I had high expectations given the company's reputation in the EV industry, but unfortunately, my interview experience was disappointing. The interviewer’s approach came across as harsh and dismissive, making it difficult to engage in a productive conversation. I was hoping for a more respectful and professional interaction that reflected the company's values. Overall, the experience felt like a missed opportunity and left me questioning the company's commitment to fostering a positive candidate experience.
