First two interviews went smoothly. The last interview which was a panel of 4 people went horribly. Underprepared staff and team members who looked over my resume for the first time during the interview. Asked vague questions which made it difficult to answer questions sufficiently. 30 minutes per team member was not enough time to decide whether someone is a good fit or to ask technical questions. Having someone who is not even an engineer to interview for an engineering role this late in the interview process should never happen
