I made first contact through connection on LinkedIn. A recruiter reached out and scheduled a phone call. It went well, I explained I was more than qualified. My next interview was with two of the hiring managers. The questions the first person asked were not clear at all and so my answers ended up being vague and then the other person would clarify what they were looking for. I was actually pretty overqualified for the role, but wanted to get my foot in the door. The most disappointing part is they ghosted me after the interview. I got the pre-written response of not being a good fit after reaching out to the recruiter 5 days later. Very unprofessional!
