submitted resume, waited for 3 months before hearing anything. Recruiter contacted me and did screening interview. Advised what rest of process would consist of and the timing. The real issue was around the recruiter. 1. Was supposed to call me for the screening interview and didn't. Then finally sent me a zoom link like it was my mistake. 2. She spent nearly 5 minutes describing the wrong job to me and didn't realize it. I had to re-direct her and clarify if we were going to speak about the position I'd applied for. 3. With those gaffs already occurring, I didn't have high hopes that her note taking or presentation of me was going to make the mark.
