Ho presentato la mia candidatura online. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Lucid Software nel mese di ott 2020
Colloquio
First there was a remote portfolio review, then there was a 30 minute whiteboard challenge, and finally a remote final interview with members from management. Very poor experience interviewing with this company. While they were overall nice people, they took two weeks to get back to me after the final interview, only to reject me with a short email as if I had been rejected from the first round. They even refused to give me feedback. Not worth interviewing with this company and I regret wasting my time.

Colloquio
I had a great conversation during my interview with Lucid Software. The interviewer was really nice, answered my questions clearly, and provided a lot of useful insights. I made sure to ask as much as I could whenever there was an opening, but I didn’t get the chance to say everything I had prepared. Toward the end, it felt a bit rushed since they had to move on to another interviewee, which left me wishing I had just a little more time. Still, I appreciated the conversation and felt like I learned a lot from it.

Colloquio
15 min Phone screen with a recruiter
30 min portfolio review with a UX designer
30 min behavior questions with a senior UX designer and a UX manager
The process took about a month. The recruiter called me a week after the final round and told me that based on my interview feedback they should have extended the offer but someone else has already signed the offer. Their headcounts have been reduced and filled.
Other than that, it was generally a positive experience talking with the team.
