First round interview with a software engineer. send a code file that contains 3 -4 coding questions to you. You need to complete them in 2 hours. The interviewer is friendly.

The final question is to build a 1 vs 1 chess game.
You meet with one of their engineers. You complete 3 easier coding challenges, then one longer, harder one. Then, you go over it with the interviewer. Not a bad process, overall.
