I had a phone interview and a great in person interview where I asked how long I could expect for the next step of the hiring process to take. The hiring manager said that they no longer allow him hire people on the spot but that he would be in touch later that same day. He talked to me about parking and how to get a parking pass. He lead me to believe that I had the job. After not hearing from him for a few days, I sent a follow up/thank you email. I received no reply and was completely ghosted.
