      Colloquio per Program Manager

      10 feb 2025
      Dipendente anonimo
      Birmingham, AL
      Offerta accettata
      Esperienza negativa
      Colloquio facile

      Candidatura

Ho presentato la mia candidatura tramite segnalazione di un dipendente. La procedura ha richiesto 2 settimane. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Luckie & Co. (Birmingham, AL) nel mese di set 2023

      Colloquio

I connected with HR on a Program Manager position that was available at Luckie. She set up interviews for the following week with the SVP of Project Management on a Wednesday, the Head of Accounts on a Thursday, and my would-be immediate supervisor on a Friday. Then, the next week I interviewed with the Head of Accounts again to prep for and interview with the Client following day. A big red flag was that the Head of Accounts told me "The Client is notoriously late, so don't be offended if she's running behind." Sure enough, she was 15 minutes late to a 30 minute interview. So, I barely had any time to make an impression. There was a lot of back and forth amongst this group of exactly what I might be doing in the role; everything from "working on-site with the client to help her get more organized" to "working with the client from Luckie's office" to "working on another client account altogether." I was offered the job about a week later, and then a week after I accepted (worked out the details of the job), I was called up again by the SVP of Project Management and told that the position had changed, again. This all should have been a big red flag for me. It was a very chaotic and disorganized interview process with uncertainty about what I'd be doing. That did not change after I was hired and created a lot of additional problems that ultimately, I was blamed for. The leadership at Luckie is nonexistent and the employees are on the hook for their mistakes if you fail to anticipate their needs. Steer clear.
