Very quick and easy. They asked me your basic server questions and gave me a job on the spot. They might have been desperate but it was quick and painless. Training took awhile for a server job, but that's what you get when it is somewhat fancy.

Pretty straight forward interview. Asked a lot of straight forward questions and give you things to look over about the restaurant. It’s definitely something you should be prepared for when you come into work and can be a little stressful when there’s a bunch of people.
