Met with Director, VP and CEO all in one day. Normally this is a mult-day process, but everyone was conveniently available. The interviews lasted about 2 hours in total, and was very casual. All of the employees were extremely nice.

three rounds all chatting with the team. No portfolios or projects needed to submit. Very casual environment. They had you shadow a day in the life which was a nice bonus

Screening call with hiring manager. Not listed in the job description which is interesting, but they said during the interview that they have a black-out period from Nov. 15 to Jan. 15 where employees get no time off or are allowed vacation time because of high volume of inquiries. If you want to be allowed even just 2 days of time with your friends/family for the holiday's, apparently this is not the job for you.
