I had 4 phone screens which included the c-levels, a panel interview and 2 peer interviews. They also reached out to my references. Up to that point, it was a pleasant experience, but at the end of the process, it was very hard to get a final decision. It felt like the kept dragging it with very vague reasons for the delays.
I can make some educated assumption as to why, especially after I noticed that they hired one candidate in Jan of 2021, but the point is, after the time and effort invested in this process, it would have been better to be more transparent and upfront than for the candidate having to keep following up.
98% of the process was positive, but when the last 2% is negative, that is what you are left with, unfortunately, especially when it took a month to get a final response. I also asked for feedback on my candidacy, but I have not received anything.

The standard situational interview questions to determine experience working in a start-up/growth environment. The panel questions were the same as the one posted in the other review.
I had two interviews, one with a recruiter and one with the future supervisor of the role. I thoroughly enjoyed both interviews. They were cordial, very friendly, and honest. With my second interview, I was told I would be forwarded back to the recruiter for next steps if I was interested, I responded "Yes" but unfortunately never heard anything back.
