The interview process was pretty fluid. It started with an hour long zoom interview with a surprise assessment. After that interview, there was the next step of having another zoom interview with the CEO. The CEO was busy, so I had another interview with the same person as before. This interview was strictly an excel assessment. After the assessment, we discussed the role and expectations. Then a decision was made a day or two later.
