3 rounds of Interviews were held with 1st being HR(Video) and followed by technical and technical 2(Video interview) with panel managers. It was a great experience, recruiters are supportive and always replies to emails. Final offer decision was more than a month but they do reply you all time.

The experience was fairly average. I faced difficulty with interview questions, received feedback about unfocused answers, but my presentation showcasing company research was a standout. I think i needed more practise on interviews.

I had 4 rounds of interviews. First round is technical round. Second is self communication test. Third I had Manager discussion and then HR discussion. The interviews were done within 2 days but for the offer it took 10 days due to Diwali holidays.

>>Friday, I had technical round 1 with Manger.
>>because of Saturday Monday i gave Manger round 2nd.
I never ever thought interview procedure will go that much fast.
within 4 days Lumen finished interview process and released very good CTC/offer which is really good.
