Applied online, waited two month for follow up, and another month for the position to start. All done over the phone, no face to face contact, a lot of missed follow ups, delay in responses, and poor service overall.

It's stressful. First you submit your application/resume, then they call you if they like your resume and schedule an in-person interview, if you pass that, you're hired. It's easy as soon as you're done but it does take time
