I applied for the position though the company site. I then received a email confirming an interview 3 weeks later. Interview was through the phone and lasted an hour with the hiring manager. I then interview with the VP three weeks later. The last interview lasted 30 minutes and was through the phone as well. I received a offer 2 weeks later.
