El proceso llevo mas de un mes. Se prolongo por la pandemia. Pero fue a treves de una consultora. Unas preguntas y dos entrevistas formales. La primer entrevista fue con la consultora y la segunda fue con la empresa.

They sent me a hirevue and different reading comprehension games. You had to go between different categories and and answer questions based on that. It was pretty similar to a SAT reading section.

The interview process at Lumen was quick and easy. The recruiter was a dream to work with, very responsive. My process included 3 interviews, and they were clear and communicative about next steps.

Was contacted via LinkedIN a few times for an interview, pressuring me to take one during the work day. I eventually agreed, but once it was time for the interview- no one attended the call nor responded to me after the fact.
