I applied online and was called back a few days later. I was interviewd over the phone. I had to give examples of my customer service experience. I explained about a situation a customer was having and how i helped to resolve it.

Quick Interview call. More in dept interview where they ask behavioral questions. Go in and take a test over comprehension for a call center and basic skills test. You are told if you passed then a call later with the job offer and start date. Mine was different from everyone else in my class because I was moving from out of state.
