Lengthy interview process involving recording responses to an online assessment. There was a Panel interview where none of the interviewers would go on Camera and one of the interviewers had stepped down from the position they were interviewing for.

Took a total of 45 days and follow up by myself all along the way (seems that's the status quo now days). After completing the video interview portion of the application process took about 30 days for the director and I to speak and went very well. I then had another interview with his team which is where I didn't answer quite as well as other candidates as I didn't receive an offer after digging for an answer on whom they will hire.
