Self guided interview with video recorded answers. Ended with playing games to test out memory, etc. Easy interview and liked that you could re-record answers if you mess up. Games were ok and took a little while.

Video screening was a great experience. I see why it was used. You were asked questions and given multiple opportunities to answer, review, and record. There were practice questions before the 3 actual questions.

After applying I received an email prompting me to complete a video recording of me answering questions, along with playing some games to analyze my personality. I spent 4 hours prepping for the question portion of the interview and never received a response from a human being.
