I suspect the job opening is fake, and left open in case someone knocks their interview ratings out of the park. - where the requested rating levels are set so high that only a perfect score gets through, if at all. Or its fake to make it look like to current employees and the market that they are hiring when in actuality they are not. Had their AI video interview where you answer pre recorded questions within a set amount time, but you can re-record your answer, and then an AI interprets your 'characteristics'. Along with a game to analyze your memory and spatial skills after the video answer part. THEN HEARD NOTHING. Not even the "thanks but no thanks" email. So I'm thoroughly not impressed with Lumen and its hiring team. You are able to see what the AI thinks of your characteristics.

I went through several weeks of in-depth interviews, an the process to get hired took about two months. I was interviewed by the hiring manager and his director in separate interviews.
