I applied online and met all the requirements, this company doesn't even have the option to set up a profile that can be used for more than one position. Regardless once I went through the application I got an email stating I needed to answer questions yet one has to answer video questions. Seriously, what idiotic lazy HR people have candidates waste their time - answering questions on video. This is the most narcissistic process I have ever encountered - so they are obviously making sure the candidate fits the 'look' the company wants to showcase, can speak without accents, doesn't look too old or too out of shape etc. So it's not about the work experience but how candidates look on zoom calls. Lovely - welcome to the video era. Well I will take all my experience and speak with people that can actually take the time to review my credentials, experience and aren't going to have me parade myself like some Hollywood casting.
