I had a great initial interview with their Tel Aviv recruiter, who was professional and engaging, but the second-round interview was very disappointing. The marketing team I met with seemed disinterested and unprofessional from the beginning of the interview, barely engaging or showing enthusiasm. The senior leader even leaned back in his chair with his arms behind his head like he was watching a movie.
When I asked the recruiter for feedback afterward, I was told I had 'professional gaps,' but he couldn’t explain what those were and ignored by second email. If that was the case, why advance me to the second round? The whole process felt poorly aligned and unprofessional.
