The recruitment journey begins with a rigorous coding assessment focusing on Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA). Successful candidates then participate in a dynamic hackathon, testing their problem-solving and collaborative abilities. Following these stages, shortlisted individuals will proceed to in-depth Technical and Human Resources (HR) interviews. These interviews aim to evaluate both technical proficiency and cultural fit, ensuring that selected candidates possess the skills and attributes necessary to thrive within the organization. This comprehensive process ensures a thorough evaluation of each applicant's potential.
For the internship interview, I had a panel of interviewers for 2 hours. It was basic java coding and behavioral questions. The communication from the recruiter was very good and the actual internship was enjoyable
Easy very basic question but we are required to share screen and they told me to solve python questions and they told me to write a simple code and explain what the code meant and they also asked me about the basics of cloud computing
