Show you the company's training system in a whole picture and ask your questions and insights of it. 3. Fill a question form about the above introduction and some detail question about the on-board time.

This is a pyramid scheme posing as real company. Upon a simple google search I discovered many other people had the same experience. Don't waste your time with the interview, or at least do your research on this company prior.
