They sell you the position which is an automatic red flag. They will hire anyone because its more lines in the water but act like you're joining something exclusive when in reality they want anyone and everyone because the the nature of the job will weed out people who shouldn't be there anyway.

It was only two rounds then afterwards you go to in person orientation and see if its for you. Entirely commissions based so good luck getting sale. If you dont get a sale you don't get paid.
