Went into the interview and immediately realized it was a Pyramid scheme, nothing like the job description stated online. They interview so many people throughout the day, multiple times in the most month.

Very nice and organized, talked about growth within the company, asked about goals and aspirations in life and career, was very easy and simple and comfortable to interview with. The second round was very comfortable and was not much of an interview, rather a discussion about the company which then lead to a third interview which then talked about if you would be a good fit.
