There were 3 rounds of interview for the role of executive in the biotech unit.
First round was with the HOD: Very technical. Not difficult. Questions based on past work exp.
Second round with the Site head: Checks confidence and command over the language. Very professional.
Third round: HR round. Salary negotiation.
