I attended a group interview, made up of approx 15 people. The manager, assistant manager and a supervisor were all present. We sat in a circle and they told us about the role and introduced themselves. We then spoke to the person next to us, learning about them. We then had to introduce them to the rest of the group. From there, we were split up into three groups of 4/5 to do 3 activities. Activity 1 was demoing a massage bar on each other, activity 2 was being given a random perfume and researching it for 5 minutes, then having to sell it to the entire group of 15 with a factual sale (ingredients, etc) as well as an emotional sale (emotive words, how it made us feel). Lastly, our smaller groups of 4/5 people were given a piece of paper with a character description on it and we had to choose a gift box for that character and justify why we chose our gift box. The interview ended with a manager q and a, and a little goodie bag for each of us.
