I applied via email and received an email back the following day asking me to come to a group interview the following week. At this group interview, there were around 12 other interviewees. We had to pair up with one other person, get to know them and then introduce them to the group, giving them a positive affirmation at the end. For example, 'Your skin looks flawless!!'. Next, we were given a celebrity, who we then had to pick a bunch of gifts for, depending on what celebrity you got, this may be harder or easier, if you know them well! Then, the pairs had to present these gifts to the group and give reasons why the gifts would be ideal for the celebrity. Our next task was individual, we had to pick one product in store and do a demo of it on somebody of our choice. (We were given an example demo). You had to describe the scent, purpose, why it would be good in a vombie apocalypse and an interesting fact about it. For this, I suggest having an in-depth knowledge of at least 3 or 4 Lush products, as you don't want to pick the same product as somebody else. We didn't have a one on one interview. At the end of the interview, the tills were opened so we could all buy something if we wished. I got a call back asking me to come in for a trial shift about 4 days later.
